Energy Gym

Energy Gym is one of Edinburghs oldest independent gyms, operating for over 15 years in Edinburghs Southside. We are also home to CrossFit Skirmish, Edinburghs best CrossFit Box so we have all you need for fitness under one roof. We are a not-for-profit community enterprise, which means any profit reinvested into new equipment or delivering CrossFit youth training in local schools. Although small, we are perfectly formed with a well equipped gym with all you could need - cardio suite, cybex weights machines, free weights, barbells, prowlers, chains, ropes, rigs, ergs (ski, row, bike), assault bikes and even pre-bookable pods which are private weight training areas to workout. We also run classes called C2 - these use concept 2 cardio equipment and weights for effective metcon training.
