Engineer is the Annual Technical Symposium of NITK Surathkal. It ranks second best amongst South Indias technical fests, with over 10000+ students from more than 100 colleges across the country. The event takes place during the odd semester of the academic year, falling in the month of October. Held over a period of three days. The official logo of Engineer, a Penrose Triangle, serves as a statement to challenge the impossible and is accompanied by the motto Think, Create, Engineer. The fest features Keynote speeches by industry leaders and visionaries, workshops and hands-on training sessions, project exhibitions and competitions, hackathons and coding challenges, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
