Engineering Leadership Circle (ELC) - UF

Epsilon Lambda Chi (also known as Engineering Leadership Circle or ELC) is an University of Florida engineering leadership organization. Founded in 1971, ELC recognizes UF engineering students and alumni who have demonstrated the qualities of exceptional leadership and character. This organization provides a platform for like-minded people to share and discuss topics proposed in our general body meetings. In addition, ELC forms unity among engineering leaders and supports other leaders in achieving their goals. Applications for ELC open every semester. Currently Spring 2023 applications are closed and will open on March 1st and close at 11:59pm March 31st. We will have multiple recruitment events throughout March; be on the lookout to see when they are happening!
