The Engineers Without Borders Chapter at the University of Florida (EWB-UF) was founded in 2006 in an effort to provide students the opportunity to use their skills to provide help to communities in need across the globe. Since the beginning, our chapter has had the opportunity to assess, plan, design and implement engineering projects in Macedonia, Cambodia, Nepal, Bolivia and Peru. Our organization partners with communities to offer sustainable solutions to problems they are currently facing.
