English For Work es un programa creado por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA y Convergys con el proposito de ofrecer vinculacion laboral a todo aquel que desee hacer parte de la Industria de Tercerizacion de Procesos BPO (Business Process Outsourcing, por sus siglas en ingles). El objetivo de este programa es, bajo la consigna de Bilinguismo Productivo mejorar su nivel de proficiencia en el idioma ingles y asi permitirle acceder a una opcion laboral como agente tele-operador bilingue de servicio al cliente y/o soporte tecnico con Convergys, empresa lider en el sector de BPO.
