Eni Turkmenistan Limited (ETL) is a global energy company providing a wide range of services, from gas and oil production and exploration to assistance in co-generating electricity and renewable energy. Since 2008, ETL has operated under a production sharing agreement (PSA) in the Nebit-Dag area in western Turkmenistan. Total oil production is over 19.5 million tons (over 142 million barrels), and over US$2.4 billion has been invested in oil production. ETL plans to invest more than US$80 million in 2024. ETL adheres to the highest standards of health, safety and environmental protection. The company is also implementing a long-term Carbon Neutral programme to reduce the overall impact of its operations in Turkmenistan on greenhouse gas emissions.
