Enterprising Latinas, Inc.s (ELI) mission is to create pathways of opportunity for women in Tampa Bay, particularly Latinas. Founded in 2009 and in operations since 2014, ELI is a highly recognized advocate of solutions to address inequities in womens wages and wealth, particularly among Latinas, who on average only earn 54 cents for every dollar a white male earns in the U.S. ELIs strategy is twofold: to support individual low to moderate-income women on their path to economic prosperity, as well as to develop opportunities for community prosperity that benefit women. We believe when women do well, their children and communities do well too. Enterprising Latinas, Inc.
