EPIC Long Island has served the Long Island community for 60 years, beginning as a small agency dedicated to helping families affected by epilepsy. Through the years, our services have expanded to meet the evolving needs of our communities and we currently provide services to hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and epilepsy. EPIC Long Islands wide range of services for adults with developmental disabilities includes: 18 residential facilities throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties; a weekday program for Day Habilitation and Saturday respite program; and community habilitation; and specialty developmental disabilities clinics. Our mental health clinics provide therapeutic services to children and adults for challenges that range from temporary, short-term issues to severe psychiatric disorders.
