Founded in 1992 by the Nanula family, the firm employs a staff of 20 and is headquartered in Clarence, New York. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Essex Homes has built more than 1,500 custom homes in communities across WNY including Aurora, Clarence, Grand Island, Hamburg, Lakeview, Lancaster, and Orchard Park.
