We are a custom tool and die shop located in Brodhead, Ky. EST Tool & Machine, Inc. is a family owned business, enjoying our 25th year in business. We employ a talented staff of approximately 50 employees across three shifts. Our primary focus is the Forging Industry, we make a variety of tooling to service the forging market, Dies, Trim Tooling, End of Arm Tooling, Bolster and Press work. EST has a broad selection of machine tools at our disposal to ensure we can produce a high-quality product. EST has ( 16 )CNC Vertical Machining Centers with a maximum capacity of 84x34 at 8k lbs., ( 2 ) CNC Horizontal Boring Machines with a maximum capacity of 95 at 23k lbs., ( 3 ) CNC Lathe with a maximum capacity of 24 dia. x 34 long. We have Wire EDM capabilities up to 17 thick, 3D printing in a variety of polymers up to a 20 cube. EST can weld and fabricate most anything within our size capacity.
