Laguna Blanca is an agricultural project molding historical farming techniques with modern ideas, shaping a new model in order to match food production with biodiversity care. Grasses, cereals, herbs, vegetables, orchards, woodlands, and livestock (sheep and laying hens) are among many of the agricultural products at Laguna Blanca. Additionally, nutrient management is accomplished through the production of thermophilic compost, vermicompost, compost teas and extracts, and a well-planned crop rotation system that incorporates abiotic and biotic factors such as soil profile and type, time of year, plant type, and root depth.
