We, ETA Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2015 certified, RDSO-approved class A foundry unit with 1 tonne Induction furnace located at Raniganj Area, Paschim Burdwan District, West Bengal. We use no-bake sand process for our castings with a monthly capacity of 200 tonnes. The grades in which we specialise in are Ductile iron, Alloy steel and Manganese steel. We also have heat treatment facility of 8 tonnes and 3 tonnes. Our machining facility is limited as of now with 1 CNC machine. We have in-house testing facilities physical, chemical, NDT, ultrasonic, radiography, etc. Some of our clients are: 1. Indian Railways 2. Coal India Limited 3. NLC India Ltd. 4.
