A global crisis presented the team that created ETHOS with a unique opportunity to reflect upon how the hospitality industry was affected by a catastrophic disruption. Together, they had a moment of revelation to create a new company, change the things of the past that werent working, and craft a culture that identified deeply with our core values. As a collective, we measure our success by our ability to impact others, knowing our destinations well enough to connect local businesses to local charities to use our business as a force for good and strengthen the local economy. The term for this process is Purposeful Planning, and its how we ensure ROI for clients, hotel partners, and suppliers; and how we add value to every experience to make it more impactful and meaningful to attendees while positively affecting the community.
