Euro-Atlantic Center

We are an independent Slovak non-governmental organization bringing together young professionals and students from the field of international relations, Slovak foreign policy and security. The Euro-Atlantic Center (EAC) was founded in 1999 by a group of students from Banska Bystrica. The headquarters of the organization is still located at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations of the UMB in Banska Bystrica. Since 2008, the EAC has also been operating at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where the regional office of the organization is located, which is an affiliated organization and an integral part of the EAC. Our goal is to bring current and relevant topics from Slovakia, the Visegrad region, Brussels, and Washington to the attention of students and professors.
