The European School of Administrations (EuSA) is strategically placed to provide cutting edge learning opportunities to managers and staff of all EU institutions in the areas of leadership, induction, key skills, innovation and resilience. As direct outreach, EuSA organises a twice yearly study visit for young governmental officials in all Member States and coordinates a strategic network of Directors of Schools of Public Administration (DISPA), supporting capacity building and cross fertilization in the area of L&D for public administration in EU Member states and enlargement countries
