The European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) is the European think-tank for space. Founded in 2003, ESPI is a not-for-profit association based in Vienna, the world capital of space diplomacy. The mission of the Institute is to provide decision-makers with an informed view on mid- to long-term issues relevant to Europes space activities.
