Eurotoldos was legally founded in October 1998, all though it has a long history in the field of canvas. It was created as part of the company Lonatica, who made truck tarps since the late sixties. It then acquires other social reasons to become fully independent in 1998. Eurotoldos has traditionally been a family business with a vision to establish itself as a highly profitable leader in the domestic and international markets awning company. Its main activity since its inception has been manufacturing awnings for the Costa Rican market for both commercial and residential customers. Currently it imports most of the manufacturing components from the United States, Mexico and Europe, in order to maintain a constant innovation in its products and offer the highest levels of quality available globally
