ECI is a custom manufacturer of vacuum-deposited thin films including metal and dielectric mirrors, anti-reflection coatings, beamsplitters, attenuation coatings, solderable films, transparent conductive coatings, index matching films, LWP/SWP and bandpass filters. High Power and ultra stable IBS deposition coatings are available for the most demanding laser and filtering requirements. Our facility houses 16 vacuum chambers, clean rooms, substrate preparation stations and a full complement of metrology equipment. We offer a variety of films specifically designed for deposition onto glass as well as temperature sensitive substrate materials such as polymer optics, semiconductor materials, crystals, ultrathin wafers, laser bars, Infrared materials, fiber ends, fiber arrays, ball lenses and TO-XX caps.
