Exact Invest A/S

Exact Invest A/S was founded in 2005 and has its headquarter based in Aarhus, Denmark. Since 2007 the pivotal point of the company has been Latin America, where the company and its subsidiaries are acting as administrators of a number of unlisted specialized funds investing in Brazil and Colombia (look under products for further information). Exact Invest A/S is always close to its investments and has local offices in Fortaleza, Sao Paulo and Bogota. In total, the company employs 25 highly skilled and dedicated employees, who all have cultural understanding and speak the respective local languages. With more than 200 Danish investors and EUR 70 million under administration, Exact Invest A/S invests in the development of housing target the middle class, land plot development, shopping centers and office buildings in Brazil and Colombia.
