Executive & Leadership Coach Think of coaching as exercise for your brain and your emotions - were going to need to explore what makes you tick, to better understand why you do what you do, in order to enable you to make some new, clearer, smarter choices. I coach using two distinct areas of expertise: Firstly, I have extensive experience as an executive coach backed up by qualifications to Masters level - this means that I bring many years of training, research, study and multi-industry experience to our work. Secondly, my training and experience as a professional actor enable me to accelerate your development by turning academic and emotional insights into practical behaviours and relationships. This combination works because it enables you to develop deep insight and understanding relating to how you currently think, feel and behave and then to turn this into a skilfully applied strategy
