Exevir Bio is a biotech company developing efficacious heavy chain-only antibodies to prevent and treat infectious diseases and make a difference in pandemic preparedness. The technology platform of ExeVir uses humanized camelid heavy chain-only antibody fragments (VHH) fused to a human IgG Fc to create new therapeutic compounds. ExeVir is building a strong pipeline of antibody therapies with an initial focus on COVID-19 and dengue. Compared to conventional monoclonal antibodies, the modular VHH building blocks provide a unique combinatory flexibility. In addition, the design of multi-specific constructs is substantially simplified.
