Exhale to Inhale

Exhale to Inhale seeks to empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to reclaim their lives through the healing and grounding practice of yoga. Exhale to Inhale provides access to the practice of yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in New York, Connecticut, and Los Angeles through weekly classes at shelters and community based organizations which also service survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. By providing access to the practice of yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, Exhale to Inhale provides a valuable resource to many distressed communities. Exhale to Inhale (ETI) is grounded in the belief that we all possess inner strength and inner peace. ETI was founded in May of 2013 to bring yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
