35 years ago, Extended Day Child Care Center, Inc. (EDCC) was simply a good idea in the mind of a single working mother and commuting elementary school principal. Three decades later, it is a successful, non-profit organization that is providing excellent before and after school care on elementary school campuses in Dublin and Pleasanton, California. We align our curriculum closely with public schools and support our families and teachers. EDCC is located on the 9 elementary school campuses of Walnut Grove, Murray, Frederiksen, Dublin El, Kolb, Green, Dougherty, Amador, and Cottonwood Elementary Schools. EDCC before and after-school childcare offers a variety of enrichment activities to enhance a childs social, physical, and educational growth. The daily program encourages students to explore and learn in a safe, fun, and well-supervised environment.
