F. Morat Mexico

Franz Morat Group has more than 110 years of experience in metal processing and has been pioneering plastic injection molding for 60 years. F. Morat Mexico was founded in 2015, and production of the first series parts began in Lerma, San Juan del Rio in 2017. The product range includes high-precision plastic components made of various engineering thermoplastics, which are mainly used in comfort drives for the automotive industry. In addition, drive systems for a wide range of industries are assembled in Mexico for the USMCA region. F. Morat Mexico employs over 50 people on a production area of around 2,800 m2. The company is certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. This certification confirms the successful implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system based on the QMS standard for the automotive industry. In 2018, F.
