F9 Project Services began in 2007 officially as a Pty Ltd Company. However it was many years prior to this that F9 recognised the necessity to establish and implement Project Controls Systems to ensure the success of all Projects. So in 2004 F9 commenced what would be the beginning of filling the void in the industry to not only fulfil the lack of resources available for this market but to also expand and share the knowledge that is mandatory to project success Project Controls. What F9 have managed to establish is not only training resources in the software (Primavera) but also instil the broad understanding of the principles of planning from the Owners perspective, the Contractors perspective and the overall EPCM perspective. It is this understanding that not only brings about the best training for planning candidates but also the knowledge that F9 will provide on going support and consultation to all Projects.
