FabLab.ir was formed in 2014 as a digital fabrication laboratory to provide an open access environment for anyone who desires to invent, design, and share knowledge across international borders. Our Tehran-based fablabs mission is to provide access to the tools and knowledge to educate, innovate and invent using technology and digital fabrication to allow anyone to make (almost) anything, and thereby creating opportunities to improve lives and livelihoods around the world. Were a DIY 120 square meter creative space that provides open and membership based access to digital fabrication tools, education workshops, making events and a vibrant community. We help individuals and universities learn about the application of digital technologies, rapid hardware prototyping, 3D printing and design practices.
