Were Facepunch, an independent game developer in Birmingham, UK. We made Garrys Mod and Rust, two of the most popular Steam games of all time. It was Garrys Mod that kicked it all off when it released in December 2004 as one of the first indie games on Steam and led to the creation of Facepunch. We try to be player-first and learn from what they tell us. We dont have conventional management and try to avoid BS - the team decides together whats best for the game. We expect to fail, learn and get better. We build our games and community relations for the long-term. We think we have a pretty open, welcoming work environment. Were about 50 people and growing - we have a lot more we want to do. Were PC-first but interested in other platforms and VR.
