Facility Programming and Consulting

Facility Programming and Consulting is an architectural programming firm founded in 1992 by Doug Lowe, AIA. The firm specializes in architectural programming, space utilization analysis, master planning, feasibility studies, and laboratory design. Architectural Programming is the preliminary research and decision-making process that precedes design to make it smoother, less expensive, and move the project vision forward with clarity. This exchange of ideas between the programming team, stakeholders, and often the community ensures that any document we develop will accurately reflect the best possible strategy for the future. Our programming process is participatory, drawing on the expertise and involvement of the client as well as from other members of the project team.
