Mr. A S Manjurul Hoque FCA, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), started practice under the name, Zaman Hoque & Co. Chartered Accountants in the year 2000 as Proprietor Firm. Ms. Fouzia Haque FCAAbdur Rashid FCA, another fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), joined Zaman Hoque & Co. Chartered Accountants as partner and Firm changed the status as Partnership Firm. Md. Abdur Rashid FCA started practice under the name, A. Rashid & Co. Chartered Accountants on November 14, 1985. On August 5, 2008, Mr. Rashid joined with Md. Shahadat Hossian FCA and formed a partnership firm in the name of Shahadat Rashid & Co. Chartered Accountants . In the year 2016, Zaman Hoque & Co. and Shahadat Rashid & Co. renamed both the Firm in the style of FAMES & R Chartered Accountants.
