At Families Together, we believe that every family deserves a home, and children should never have to wonder where theyre going to sleep at night. Thats why we work hard every day to connect families with children to stable homes as quickly as possible and provide support services for up to a year to help them achieve self-sufficiency. We are a leader whose innovative programs address the urgent housing needs of families experiencing homelessness and youth aging out of foster care in Wake County, North Carolina. We work help move families into permanent homes and give them tools to maintain their independence.
