Family Bridges, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1968 during the Civil Rights movement. For over 5 decades we have evolved to meet the needs of the underserved: that is, monolingual Asian immigrants, our chronically ill seniors and disabled adults, mlow income children, the houseless, and formerly incarcerated individuals all striving for independence and quality of life. Family Bridges includes eight major programs that are designed to provide equal access to direct health and social services.
