Family Drug Support

Family Drug Support (FDS) is a non-government organisation which provides non-judgemental, non-directive support and information to families, friends and carers of people who have problematic alcohol and other drug (AOD) use across Australia. We focus on assisting families who are supporting a person problematically using AOD in a way that strengthens relationships and achieves positive outcomes. Our services include a 24-hour national support line, family support meetings, educational programs and online information and tools. FDS has over 20 years of experience supporting families through our programs including the national support line, staffed by volunteers, as well as a range of support and information courses across Australia every year.
