We partner with individuals and families at critical points in their lives to strengthen overall well-being and independence by delivering intensive home and community based services. Established in 1877, Family Lifeline is an organization inspired by the work of our founders and driven by modern-day best practices. As the regions largest provider of intensive home visitation services to at-risk families, our team of dedicated staff and volunteers are in the home of over 500 families daily. We strive to ensure: children are safe, healthy, and ready to learn older adults and persons with disabilities remain safely in their own homes for as long as possible Our premise is straightforward strengthening families provides a foundation for success, two generations at a time.
