The Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County was established in 1997 as a nonprofit organization and is dedicated to supporting young children, their families, and adults through its two strengths-based, preventative programs: Parents as Teachers is a federally-approved, evidence-based home visitation program with a vision that all children, birth to school entry, will be safe, healthy, and thrive in supportive, nurturing, and loving families and also that children will start school ready to learn.
