We are among the oldest private, nonprofit organizations in the area, and our programs have grown and adapted to the changing community needs. We are an umbrella agency to five distinct social service programs: Youth Mentoring, Childrens Advocacy Center, Center for Counseling, Community Action Program, and Senior Services
