At Farmison & Co, our philosophy is simple; that the nation should be able to Eat Better MeatTM at an affordable price, know where their food comes from, and support Great British farmers. Farmison & Cos story is tied to the Fells and Dales of Cumbria and Yorkshire. It was here John Pallagi and Lee Simmonds restaurateurs at the time decided to act upon the fact the food they knew and loved was not readily available outside of restaurants. That is, herds and flocks of British native breeds allowed to mature to their full potential on moorland and lush pastures for standout flavours. It seemed nonsensical that it wasnt available given the struggles of British agriculture, but anonymous food lacking in taste was, off the supermarket shelf. Farmison & Co is their answer to this.
