Fathomd is an online cloud-based platform for distributing interactive, role-playing games for higher education. Our focus is business education - in particular, major subfields such as Operations Management, Strategy, and Supply Chain Management. Fathomd, Inc. was founded in 2015 with the mission to help instructors create fun and interactive learning environments fueled by real-time feedback from student engagement. By focusing on certain key business aspects, our simple decision games enhance students understanding of the underlying concepts by providing real-time feedback. Our goal is to make self-discovery of fundamental business concepts interactive, fun and fathomable for students. Games at Fathomd are designed by subject area experts and pedagogically validated by members of our Academic Advisory Board. We also collaborate with professors to help them digitize, distribute and maintain their innovative game ideas on our platform
