Fazal Cloth Mills Limited was incorporated in 1966 and was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange in 1970. The company set up its first spinning unit in 1972 at Muzaffargarh. Since its listing, the company has maintained a regular dividend payout, paying cash dividends or bonus shares in 28 years out of the 43 years. At present, the company owns and operates 7 Spinning units comprising 216,162 Spindles and 1740 Rotors.224 Air-jet Picanol Looms will be operational by the end of 2013. All units have captive Gas Fired Power Generation with a capacity of 29.9 Mega Watts. All units are equipped with state of the art equipments. The company provides employment to more than 4000 people. The company produces 6000 tons of Yarns and 2 million yards of fabric per month.
