The FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIPCAAA) is the founding Chapter in the FBI Citizens Academy Program, which originated in the FBIs Phoenix Division. The FBIs Citizens Academy program is designed to afford business and community leaders with an inside look at FBI investigative techniques and procedures and to undertake activities consistent with the expressed FBI priorities.
