Data protection recommendations, data protection in systems held by the Mexican Government in particular personal data of victims. I have developed regulation applicable to governmental entities regarding classification and declassification of information, in order to privilege the publicity principle as much as possible, due to which harm tests have been developed. Some of the relevant issues in this subject have been the carrying out of an intensive work regarding national security, in order to define cases in which such exception to disclosure would be applicable, as established by the Mexican Access to Information Act, and to avoid, when causes for such classification do not exist, that information is classified under such exception.
