It is situated on the Lahore Sheikhupura dual carriage road. It has vast surroundings. open space, pollution free atmosphere and away from the maddening crowd and noise of the city. The College is run the trusteeship of Wapda Employees Co-operative Housing (WECHS) which also manages the Wapda Employees Town, Gujranwala. WECHS consists of Twelve Members who are elected by the Members of the Society. The Managing Committee has constituted various subcommittees to look after different departments of the Town. The functional administrative control over the College is exercised by the Managing Committees
