Federal Youth Authority - UAE

In April 2018, the UAE government established the Federal Youth Authority as the main government entity in charge of running the UAEs Youth Sector. The Federal Youth Authority invests in Youths energy through its innovative Emirati Youth Framework. The Authority defines the framework as CEP which stands for its three overarching themes and objectives: 1) Character (C): Shaping and nourishing Emirati Youth Character through instilling values and national pride, raising awareness, and equipping them with capabilities and competencies through initiatives such as the Emirates Youth Professional School, Emirates Youth Summer Academy, Emirates Youth Values National Program, Youth 101, Youth Debates, and 100 mentors. 2) Environment (E): Creating a conducive, world-class ecosystem that enables and accelerates positive youth outcomes.
