This company was founded by myself an Emergency Medicine Physician after experiencing the pros and cons of the various clinical settings. From locum tenens, to hospital employed, to being part of the academic field. It is my goal as the owner and founder of the company that you, providers/hospitals/patients, have a great experience. I believe that if we keep our employees happy we will keep the hospital happy and in turn we will all be successful together. It is a different approach then other companies in healthcare currently fuse but its a successful one that forum 100 companies such as google have proven successful.
