Ferencvarosi Torna Club

Ferencvarosi Torna Club is the most successful and popular multi-sports club in Hungary with over one million supporters within the borders of the country. The club is also known as FTC and Fradi. Ferencvaros has several divisions (currently 16) from athletics, through football, to curling. The football division has won 32 Hungarian Championship and 23 Hungarian Cup titles. Ferencvaros is best known for winning the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup 1964-65, today known as Europa League, by beating Juventus F.C. in the final. The womens handball side is also one of the most successful teams in the country, owning 13 Hungarian Championship and 13 Hungarian Cup titles. The team also enjoys a good international reputation for winning the EHF Cup Winners Cup three times (1978, 2011, 2012) and the EHF Cup in 2006.
