Fidum

Were a newly formed Commercial Property Management and Development Services company founded in 2019 by Simon Marshall and Richard Wynn-Davies following the MBO of the property management arm of ESH that had been operating successfully for over 23 years. Simon was formerly sole partner responsible for the ESH Commercial Property Management department having set up this part of the business in 1996 and has been operating it ever since. He and Richard worked closely together at ESH for 7 years prior to the creation of Fidum. Richard brings with him, over 10 years of industry experience, incorporating his previous company, Wynn Property, into the new Fidum structure. Fidum will provide Land and Development Services around the South of England for new and existing clients as Wynn Property previously did.
