Field Hockey Life

Field Hockey Life (FHL) is a field hockey club serving athletes across the state of Ohio. FHL provides team and small-group training for U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-19 athletes. Field Hockey Life was founded in 2008 by two-time Olympian, Keli Smith Puzo. The company was created to cultivate the love of field hockey, not just as another sport, but also as a lifestyle. We strive everyday to develop young athletes into better players, teammates, and community members by mentoring them on and off the field. Our company has contacts all over the world and has worked to create a number of opportunities for players to grow their game and experience the sport in different cultural environments. It is our belief that these experiences will help athletes grow both as athletes as humans.
