Fieldbay was founded by three people who had a sincere desire to provide people with the very best possible care and support. The company has grown from just one elderly care home, into a specialist provider of a range of services for people who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntingtons disease.
