Filipino Institute has maintained a commitment to providing the highest caliber of educational and artistic knowledge to all aspiring Filipino Expatriates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to the entire GCC region. Filipino Institute is the brainchild of an Accountant by profession and a photographer by heart, Gabriel John Rimando who is convinced that someone must take a step forward to help in empowering Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) through quality yet affordable education. Filipino Institute is a comprehensive short course training facility in the UAE. It has developed a new mechanism in developing a leverage for competent and potential Filipinos to excel in the international community.
