Finest Brands International are the proud owners of great British heritage brands Toggi and Champion. Champions reputation is built on safety. The Champion safety brand was founded in the Mid 1970s, when John & Bridget Ayres wanted to ensure that their own children and indeed all horse riders had safer riding hats to wear. Champion was instrumental in the creation of the British PAS 015 higher standard and was the first brand to launch riding hats made to PAS 015. Champions own Body Protectors followed not long after, and more recently Mips technology was introduced to Champions PAS 015 collection of riding hats to help reduce concussion injuries. Champion has its own state-of-the-art testing laboratory in Cardiff to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
