First Choice Home Care Ltd is a local company based within Norfolk and bordering Suffolk. Our Area Managers, Registered Managers, Care and Support Workers and the two Company Directors are local to the Waveney area. We are passionate about delivering a quality service of an extremely high standard. Our Head Office is based in Harleston and we have branches in Halesworth, Snetterton and Norwich. First Choice Home Cares prime objective is to enhance the quality of life for our Service Users. Therefore, our recruitment process is robust and is tailored to recruiting candidates who have the same values as us. Our Carers spend 4 days on mandatory training which is carried out in-house by our Company Trainer, and then our carers initially shadow with a team of Quality Assurance Officers. Once signed off as competent in all areas, only then is the carer able to carry out care tasks.
